Licence agreement

This Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Orbit Commerce ("Licensor") for the use of themes, templates, and digital products ("Products") purchased from the Orbit Theme Store.

By purchasing and/or using any Product from our store, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Products.

Under the licence, you are permitted to:

• Use the Product to create an end product (an Orbit Commerce store)
• Modify or manipulate the Product to suit your needs
• Combine the Product with other works to create an end product
• Use the Product in commercial projects

You are not permitted to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product as a standalone item
• Include the Product in any product that is sold to end users as a theme or template
• Use the Product in a way that competes with Orbit Theme Store
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original Product
• Use the Product after the licence has been terminated
• Transfer the licence to another person or entity without written consent

Updates are free. Whenever a new version of the Product is published, you can update to it from your dashboard at no cost. Updating resets the theme's own settings to the new version's defaults. Updates may include bug fixes, compatibility improvements, and new features at our discretion.

Support is provided for questions related to the Product's features and functionality. Support does not include customisation services or modifications beyond the Product's intended functionality.

Premium themes are one-off add-ons under section 11 of our Refund Policy, so they are non-refundable once activated or delivered, unless we fail to deliver the theme or there is a billing error. A purchased theme is added to your shop straight after payment.

If something has gone wrong with a purchase, email support@orbitcommerce.net with your order details.

The Product remains the intellectual property of Orbit Commerce. This Agreement grants you a licence to use the Product; it does not transfer ownership. All rights not explicitly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Orbit Commerce.

This licence is effective until terminated. We may terminate this licence if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the Product
• You must destroy all copies of the Product in your possession
• Existing end products created before termination may continue to operate

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Orbit Commerce shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Orbit Theme Store. Your continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
