License Agreement

1. Introduction

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Orbit Commerce ("Licensor") for the use of themes, templates, and digital products ("Products") purchased from the Orbit Theme Store.

By purchasing and/or using any Product from our store, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Products.

2. License Types

Single License

A Single License grants you the right to use the Product on one (1) Orbit Commerce store that you own or operate.

  • Use on one single end product (one store)
  • The end product can be sold to end users
  • Cannot be used on multiple stores
  • Cannot be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed
  • Includes free updates for the lifetime of the product
  • Includes free support

Agency License

An Agency License grants you the right to use the Product on unlimited Orbit Commerce stores that you own, operate, or create for clients.

  • Use on unlimited end products (unlimited stores)
  • Perfect for agencies and developers building client stores
  • The end products can be sold to end users
  • Cannot be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed as a standalone product
  • Includes free updates for the lifetime of the product
  • Includes priority support

3. Permitted Uses

Under both license types, you are permitted to:

  • Use the Product to create an end product (an Orbit Commerce store)
  • Modify or manipulate the Product to suit your needs
  • Combine the Product with other works to create an end product
  • Use the Product in commercial projects

4. Restrictions

You are NOT permitted to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product as a standalone item
  • Include the Product in any product that is sold to end users as a theme or template
  • Use the Product in a way that competes with Orbit Theme Store
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the original Product
  • Use the Product after the license has been terminated
  • Transfer the license to another person or entity without written consent

5. Updates and Support

All licenses include free updates for the lifetime of the Product. Updates may include bug fixes, compatibility improvements, and new features at our discretion.

Support is provided for questions related to the Product's features and functionality. Support does not include customisation services or modifications beyond the Product's intended functionality.

6. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our Products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may offer refunds if:

  • The Product is materially different from its description
  • The Product has a defect that cannot be resolved
  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded the Product

7. Intellectual Property

The Product remains the intellectual property of Orbit Commerce. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Product; it does not transfer ownership. All rights not explicitly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Orbit Commerce.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this license if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination:

  • You must cease all use of the Product
  • You must destroy all copies of the Product in your possession
  • Existing end products created before termination may continue to operate

9. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Orbit Commerce shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Orbit Theme Store. Your continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
