What pages does Tinker include?

Every theme includes a home page, product and category pages, a cart, search results and a blog, plus the header and footer that tie them together. Some themes add pages of their own too, such as a menu, a services page or an FAQ, which you can see on Tinker's own demo before you buy.

Can I see Tinker running before I buy it?

Yes. Tinker has its own demo shop, linked from this page, so you can click through its home page, a product and the cart before you decide.

Can I change the colours and fonts in Tinker?

Yes. Set colours, fonts and button styles once in the page builder and every page of Tinker follows, with the option to pick from the Google Fonts library or upload your own.

Will Tinker work on phones and tablets?

Yes. Tinker's pages are responsive on phones and tablets by default, and most settings can be set differently on each, so you can adjust or hide a block on smaller screens.

Do I get updates to Tinker?

Yes. When a new version of Tinker is published, you can update to it from your dashboard for free. Updating resets the theme's own settings to the new version's defaults, so note any you have changed first.

Is Tinker a one-off purchase, or is there a subscription?

There is no subscription for Tinker itself. It is either free to install or a one-off charge shown in the store before you buy, and there is no recurring fee either way.

What Tinker does well

Two featured category panels
Build and create, and games night each get their own coloured panel on the home page.
Four-point reassurance row
Safety testing, delivery, returns and daily curation each get their own line under the hero.
Running journal
A journal section sits in the footer alongside delivery and returns information.

Suits a toy or games shop that wants a cheerful, primary-colour feel with the catalogue kept easy to browse.

Pages

A theme is a whole shop, not just a home page. Open any page with an address in the live demo.

Colours and type

Tinker sets its colours, fonts and buttons once, in style settings, and every page follows. Change them there and the whole shop changes with them.
